Confirming the booking is accepting the following Terms and Conditions..
A 25% deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable. The balance due is payable on arrival.
Bank fees are not included. Currency exchanges to Tongan Pa'anga (TOP) use local Tongan BSP bank's exchange rate, then bank fees are added.
Payments can be made by in local currency, Tongan Pa'anga (TOP) by direct bank Wire Transfer with a $20 bank fee. Please reference your name and invoice number.

"Cancellation Policy- We enjoy being off-the-beaten-path here in Vava'u, but we have a very short ""high-season"" and therefore require a strict cancellation policy in order to remain sustainable. We appreciate your understanding."
Deposits are only transferable to other dates, if that date is available, otherwise the deposit for that date shall be forfeited.
Insurance:
As a remote destination without many modern facilities, you are advised to acquire your own travel insurance.
Mahina Lodge (Global Motu Ltd) are not responsible for scheduled flight, ferry or any third party transportation cancellations, pandemics, natural disasters, state of emergency, border closures or quarantine requirements. Appropriate travel cancellation insurance recommended.
By confirming the booking you agree to hold harmless and release from any liability from Mahina Lodge, Global Motu Ltd , its owners, employees, shareholders, entities and associates. Confirming the booking is accepting all of the Terms.
